The kids did some reading with me after lunch today so I let each of them choose a treat from their Halloween stash.  B chose a Reese's peanut butter cup and downed it pretty quickly.  A few minutes later, as Elek was STILL trying to decide which piece to choose (he kept saying, "I don't know which one to choose, they all look so yummy!"), I notice that B is chewing on something dark.  Thinking that she stole another piece of candy while I was helping Buzz I say, "B, what do you have in your mouth?" to which she says, "this one has a bone in it."  She had been chewing the dark wrapper from the peanut butter cup and thought it was a bone. Haha!

August has only woken up once for the past 3 nights and it has been WONDERFUL!  I've been putting him down around 8 or 8:30, he'll sleep till about 3, wake up for a feeding, and then sleep till 6 or 6:30, at which point he stays awake for about an hour and then goes back down for a nap.  Since the time change all 3 of the kids have been waking up by 6:30 which I thought would be murder but since I've been going to bed earlier and August only wakes once, it's actually been kind of nice because I can go for a walk in the AM before Andrew goes to work!

Took the kids to lap time with Miss Anne at the library this morning and August was really into it, cooing and gooing up a storm.  He is also able to sit by himself for a few split seconds at a time!  Can't believe how quickly he is growing!
